How to Place Order?

To place an order on a Netting Store, browse products, add them to the cart, and proceed to checkout. Enter your shipping/payment details, confirm the order, and receive a confirmation email.

You can track your order using the order number. You can email or call us to get know the status of your order. 

If you wish to return an item and want a refund please Inform us within 14 days after delivery by email at returns@nettingstore.co.uk Or Call Us at +44 20 3286 2514  If you have received the damaged or wrong product send us screenshot of the damaged or wrong product. we will send the courier to collect the item from you. We will bear all the delivery expenses in this case. We will send you new item without any extra cost and incase you don’t need the item anymore we will refund the complete order amount into card you used while purchase.

If you placed the order on our website mistakenly and want to cancel the order please Call at +44 20 3286 2514 . If the Order is not dispatched from warehouse we will refund the order amount and and delivery charges we deducted at the time of purchase into card you used while purchase.

If the order is dispatched already we will then refund the order amount into your card except the delivery charges 10.50£ we deducted at the time of purchase.

You can pay using the card details of your bank account. For any other option you can email us and discuss your query.
